Yes, that's the way it works, but the 3rd triangle only moves that particular staff on that system. I can move that one on system 1, but system 2 isn't affected, nor are any other staves that have had the triangles moved. I'm looking for a way to line up all the triangles on all the staves all at once. I don't want to have to manually adjust each staff on each system. I want to reset them all and start making manual adjustments from scratch. There doesn't seem to be a way to reset them all to "zero" (more specifically, the baseline height).
