For years I have been inputting with my right hand on a keyboard and my left hand on the computer giving the note length (quarter, eighth etc.) The program would automatically format the bars as soon as I finished. In 2011 it will often NOT do this formatting, and I've tried numerous ways of prompting it - but this is ridiculous. I even looked it up and found no answer. Help, anyone?
