I, for one, am looking forward to a streamlined tool palette, easy no-key
capability, layer-independent pauses, improved accidental handling between
layers, auto-horizontalization (saves LOTS of time in editing), improved
handling of percussion details, and last, but certainly not least... even more
Garritan sounds that come standard.

The two that do not matter to me so much are 1) Mac-compatibility and 2) new
file format. However, I do like that MakeMusic does want to make sure to take
care of their users on down the road. And who knows, maybe whatever is
happening with the new file format might be something I need.

These are good improvements, and I concur with the reply that the new code is
something exciting to look forward to. I was getting tired of trying to work
around the bugs.
