I only have Mavericks on my MacBook, which is not my main tool for work in Finale. Took the occasion to try opening a 5 part vocal score.
Took the installation of Java runtime (on promt, and done automatically from there), but then it opened with no problems. Playback with Garritan often is a vulnerable spot, but that worked fine, too.
