I run this combination and I can't see any major issues. I have an unsolved problem with "Missing VST Instrument Plug-in: Instruments for Finale" error message that always start my sessions (annoying but harmless) but I am sure this is not due to the specific combination; I think I had this with Win7 and Fin2012 as well.
