Lawrence, I edited the pagesizes.txt file in the Resources folder, deleting 
all the US page sizes and putting A4 at the top of the list.  Now every time 
I have to choose page size, in the Wizard or anywhere, A4 is always the 
default size.  However, I'm using an old version, you may find differences 
with a more recent version.
