There is no solution that is fully automatic. Using left barline attached
expressions is a pretty good workaround, but it will not be automatic
unless your score and parts have the same page, system and staff sizes and
percent sizes. For me this is almost never the case.

I have continued to use Page Titles, clumsy as they are. I developed my
Page Title Mover plugin to help. It actually lets you move page titles from
one part (or score) to another part or score on a different page, and it
handles all the unlinking, hiding, and showing automatically.

Still, left-barline attached expressions is a very good idea that I may
adopt instead.
