I have layer 1 with two ascending quavers (eight notes) G and Ab (a minor 2nd
above); layer 2 showing just a semibreve (whole note) on G, the same G as the
first note in layer 1.
Finale is set to avoid collisions between all notepads, therefore the semibreve
is placed adjacently and just after the G in layer 1, falling in between the G
and the Ab in layer 1; up to her all fine, except for the fact that the flat
symbol before the A note is overlapping the semibreve note; it looks like
finale is not considering the two layers when applying its spacing algorithm.
‘Affects Music Spacing’ is selected for both layers in the Document Options; is
there a plugin or anyway else to fix this with intervening manually?

Thanks
