The page size can be easily changed to A4 using a Finale Script or you simply set the page size using the page tool. If you have a Mac you also need to set the printing size to A4. In the wizard you need to check the page size for the parts and the full score. They usually use letter by default.
You can use the Multirest command to setup the multirests if this was not setup correctly by default. Another option is to renew all parts by creating them again. Best Raphael.
