The first thing to try is File Maintenance. That might fix the problem. At the very least you'll get a report. On the report is something called "Frames". Hopefully that number is nowhere near 32767, otherwise you will be having continuing troubles.
FWIW: Garritan, at least, starts much faster in Fin25 than some older versions. I don't know about Fin10, though.
