Yes. But it may require some planning.

The simplest answer is to use a Transposition staff style that forces the
clef to the clef you want. Presumably this would be applied in the part,
but it doesn't really matter.  However, you can only apply transposition
styles to a whole bar. If you need to show mid-measure clef changes in the
part (different than the score), then you have to use some combination of
your transposing staff style with a Hide Clefs staff style and expressions
that look like clefs. How you combine them is probably dependent on the
page layout as well.
