Larry, You can use the File->Print dialog to print score, parts, or any combination thereof. The Finale 25 print dialog is far from perfect but it is usable.
Your title problem sounds like it could be file corruption. Do you see the problem when you open the file fresh immediately after starting Finale? For showing file names on parts, I suggest turning the global setting "Show Name in Parts" off. Then apply a staff style to the first bar to turn it on for the first bar.
