Yes, please go ahead and commit that to findutils HEAD (and I guess part of the same change will be needed in the 4.2.x branch).

[...] The patch is fine, but the fact that we need to track this manually is something which is bound to cause skew later (like the skew you have just fixed). Is there some way to get gnulib-tool to help us do this? Even just having an automated way to check that the file hadn't missed anything out would be good.
