Wellspring Forest Farm will again be offering shiitake mushrooms for
sale tomorrow in downtown Ithaca. These are log-grown in the forest on
sustainably harvested logs. As a special bonus come try some free
shiitake hazelnut pate and take home mushrooms to make your own!
