Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Fair Saturday, March 5, 12:00-3:00pm
at Boynton Middle School cafeteria, 1601 N. Cayuga St., Ithaca What is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)? Learn about this partnership between consumers and farmers, meet and talk with 21 area CSA farmers in one place! In addition to the traditional vegetable CSA, attendees will find fruits, berries, meat, cheese, poultry, eggs, yogurt, herbs and herbal products, baked goods, and more. All participants will be entered in a drawing for a variety of goodies donated by the farms, and those looking to sign up for a share can do so on the spot.
