Master Composter volunteers provide information and demonstrations on how to
set up and manage a successful compost system in this FREE 5-part series held
the last Saturday of the month from June through October. Each class covers
compost basics and a topic of the month. The August class will focus on how to
tell when compost is finished, and how to use it. Upcoming topics: 9/24:
"Indoor composting"; 10/29: "Winter Composting."

Not sure what type of compost bin you want to use? Visit our new compost
demonstration site at the Ithaca Community gardens, where you can see 8
different compost systems in action, including an Earth Machine, welded wire,
pallet bin, tumbler and 3-bin unit.

Pre-registration for Compost with Confidence is not required, but helpful.
