This position is grant funded until December 2017, with the possibility to increase hours and renew based on funding and performance. *Salary & Benefits: *$16-19/hour depending on qualifications. Not benefits eligible. This position supports the marketing and promotions needs of the organization by working closely with Groundswell board, director and staff. *A note about working at Groundswell Center:* As a mission-based and community-involved organization, Groundswell staff positions require frequent flexible hours including some evenings and occasional weekends. We feel community involvement is key to developing relationships and building trust in our community and thus, essential to the development of an equitable and just food system. To balance this requirement, we also strongly support a work-life balance, using personal and vacation time, and offer occasional flexibility such as working from home. It is our intention that all Groundswell staff have a strong interest and commitment to social and racial justice and sustainable farming and a demonstrated willingness to learn more and engage in continuing education on related topics.
