Fink 0.3.2a released

Fink 0.3.2a was released yesterday. The source release and the binary
installer now are available for download:

The bulk of the binary packages will be updated gradually over the
next few days as the packages are being built. If you miss something,
just keep hitting "[U]pdate" in dselect.
With Fink 0.3.2a, Mac OS X 10.1 is the operating system of choice. If
you're still running Mac OS X 10.0, you should stick with the source
release, i.e. use 'fink install ...' instead of apt-get and dselect.
This is because the precompiled packages are built on 10.1 and we
can't guarantee that they work on 10.0. In the future, 10.0 support
will be dropped gradually even from the source release as packages
start using new operating system features only available in 10.1.
