It looks like the FTP server is down. You can download it manually using a web browser at
http://lynx.isc.org/current/lynx2.8.4rel.1.tar.gz . Then move or copy the file ('sudo mv' or 'sudo cp') from wherever you downloaded it to /sw/src . Then all you need to do is do the 'fink install lynx'.
