Help! -

I'm a recent arrival to the world of Fink. I've been trying to
install numerous packages using fink (Package manager version:
0.9.7/Distribution version: 0.3.2a.cvs) on my 350Mhz/PCI G4 PPC
running MacOS 10.1.2 (Build 5P48).

I have virtually no experience compiling unix binaries, or using
fink/installation packages. I've been trying to get Gimp, and a
few other applications up and running under XDarwin 1.0.6.
Unfortunately, I seem to continually run across one of two
errors on just about every install I try to run.

One involves glib...

...snip snip snip...
Making install in tests
  (cd /sw/src/root-glib-1.2.10-3/sw/include && ln -s glib-1.2/* .)
cd: no such file or directory: /sw/src/root-glib-1.2.10-3/sw/include
###  failed, exit code 1
Failed: installing glib-1.2.10-3 failed

And the other involves audiofile...

...snip snip snip...
  (cd /sw/src/root-audiofile-0.2.1-2/sw/lib && ln -s
libaudiofile.0.dylib libaudiofile-0.2.0.dylib)
cd: no such file or directory: /sw/src/root-audiofile-0.2.1-2/sw/lib
###  failed, exit code 1
Failed: installing audiofile-0.2.1-2 failed

Can someone tell me how to get past these errors?

- Robert
