When you find a problem like this in the future, it is a good idea to find out who the package maintainer is (from 'fink describe') and email them directly (in case they aren't looking at the list right now), so that they can try to locate the old version and change the .info file or update the fink version to a new one. I've gone ahead and cc'ed the libwww-pm maintainer.
