Do you mean the tarball in /sw/src ?  You can delete it, but if a new port
version comes out it typically just changes the .info and .patch files and
uses the same source, so you may wind up having to repeat the download.

That being said just add sudo before the rm command, i.e. 'sudo rm '.  You
may be prompted for a password; just use your own, assuming that you have
administrative privileges on your machine.
