Okay, this shouldn't happen, but I am curious, why are you 
trying to downgrade db3?

You must have had a later version of db3 installed from the 
unstable tree, if you really want to go back to revision 2 then 
you'll have to do:
dpkg --force-depends -r db3-shlibs

But I honestly don't understand why you would want to do this.
