You might want to try manually removing that directory:
sudo rm -r /sw/src/root-tetex-texmf-1.0.2-6
and then redo the installation.
However, did the installation procedure installed that directory? It did not
show that from what you wrote. Nevertheless, I would wait for other people
to confirm what I have suggested before trying (unless you are a dare devil
:)).
