After downloading the gnuplot binaries, I had to reinstall the readline library; apparently the previous source build left some of it installed. After doing so, gnuplot gave the following errors:
localhost|/sw/src[635] owen: /sw/bin/gnuplot - << EOF > plot "/home/owen/src/starlogo/moneys" using 3 > EOF readline: warning: rl_prep_terminal: cannot get terminal settingsgnuplot> readline: warning: rl_prep_terminal: cannot get terminal settingsgnuplot> Possibly I just need to start over! I just want a binary build of gnuplot, and dependent libraries, reinstalled over what ever mess the attempt to compile the system left behind. Any hints?
