[Fink-beginners] pico.cshrc

I am trying to work with fink on my OSX version 10.1.5 and when I try to Open a new Terminal.app window and type "pico .cshrc". A text editor will pop up. Well the text editor doesn't pop up, as a matter of fact I get command not found even when I try to run as sudo. I am in directory localhost :/private/etc and when I ls I don't see pico listed at all.

Any ideas would be appreciated sincerely.
