I'm having troubles running out of free processes. This seems to be limited to 100 per user in tcsh as I have been unable to set it higher. And I think bsd lumps threads into the calculation for the maximum number of processes, as top is not showing that I'm maxing out the number of processes.
I think the problem in my case is with pine.
