I noticed that fink 0.5.0a on OS 10.2.2 wants to intall a different version of python (2.2.2-1) on the system (2.2). I noticed that the behavor of the two are different when they start. Is there a reason why the system version can not be used (I have cvs and unstable in the path)? I don't like to replace system stuff with out any good reason.
I also noticed that tcl is not the system one.
