Thanks to everyone who sent suggestions about how to get X11 to work
with fink. I ended up punting the binary installer altogether, and
starting over with a source installation. It seems to work fine, so
far, but I did have to uninstall all of the existing UNIX packages such
as XDarwin, Gimp, etc, and go with the fink versions.
