I have tried to install Fink and am having some trouble. Any help would be appreciated.
I unpacked Fink and it installed a whole bunch of stuff into ~/sw Next I added the command "source /sw/bin/init.csh" into .cshrc ( as well as the .tcshrc) files However, I get an error when I run the next command.... "fink scanpackages" I get this from the terminal... mcs2% fink scanpackages OK? find scanpackages? yes scanpackages: scanpackages: No such file or directory Do I need to be in the sw directory to run this? I'm trying to run it from my home directory. Any advice?
