As for shipment method, I don't know. $20 is too expensive even for
FedEx or UPS or whatever ...
Apple's web site states that the CD is available for the cost of
shipping and handling. I've not received anything yet though.
Right, but I suspect they charge more on handling than shipping. ;-)
