[Fink-beginners] run X window App on a different computer

Now I have some applications installed on OSX, I want to display them on a PC which would require an X viewer and a telnet somehow. Can someone tell me how to do it and what I need?.  what is the command to send the application to the PC display? set DISPLAY = IP" or something. everytime I type an application in the terminal window on the PC, the application runs on OSX but doesn't display on the PC. thanks
