I recently installed FinkCommander, which is a nice piece of software. However, after installing phphmyadmin with FinkCommander, Fink (cmd-line fink and FinkCommander) seems to have lost the information what packages I have installed. FinkCommandet claims that the only installed software are darwinf and macosx virtual packages. Is there any way to rebuild this information or fix the problems some other way?
