Hiya,
I'm using Fink Commander to install programs and have found one issue with the Sketch download. One of the files that are needed for this is assumed by Fink to be here:
http://effbot.org/downloads/Imaging-1.1.4a2.tar.gz
However, it is no longer there. Going to this website, I tracked down what I suspect is an update to this file, it is found here:
http://effbot.org/downloads/Imaging-1.1.4.tar.gz
So, I want to alert the Fink folks as to that particular issue.
Next, I want to figure out how to download this document and allow fink to find it. I did download it actually, using the same curl coding as arose in the fink window, then I renamed it to the name that fink was expecting. Then I put it into the directory "fink.tmp" thinking that it might look for it there. No luck, then I tried the "fink" directory, again, Fink doesn't know that I went behind its back and downloaded it.
Is there a special place I need to put it to allow fink to find it? Or is there a way to get in there and show Fink where the updated file is so it can download it directly?
Thanks.
