That will compile XFree86 but not install it.
I was unaware (not having upgraded yet and being to lazy to check the package database) that there isn't a system-xfree86 package for 10.3 .

Then I tried to install it again and here is what happened:

In comparing outputs it looked like I should of used the command:
sudo fink install xfree86
and that seemed to work so its downloading now, so lets see.....

I did a clean install of 10.3 and have installed fink last night, been having trouble ever since, my programs I am wanting are nmap, ettercap, proftpd, ethereal.
