Ok, there may be another option. The computer at home (an eMac) is replacing a flaky old powerbook. The eMac will have 10.3, the powerbook sometimes works (hence its retirement) with 10.2. If I can keep it limping along, can I use selfupdate on the powerbook then transfer that to the eMac or will the OS difference be a problem?
