Now for a question of my own.

I recently compiled eboard (linux chess server client) on OSX and it
went very smoothly, and the program runs, except for one problem.
eboard uses imlib to load png files for some graphics, and when I start
it up I get the error:

gdk_imlib ERROR: Cannot load image: /usr/local/share/eboard/classic.png
All fallbacks failed.

The png image is indeed in the correct location and I have read access
to it, etc.

Are there any known issues with png support in imlib 1.9.14-14? I tried
both the apt-get and fink install versions of imlib, but I get the same
from both. Is there some special issue about porting apps that rely on
imlib?

Other than this, the "port" has been very simple...I hesitate to call it
a port since only makefiles required changes :)

Anyway, if anyone knows, please let me know. Also, if this is the wrong
forum for this question, please advise me of that as well.

Thanks
Steve
