Read the faq's. Especially points 8.11 and 8.12 <http://fink.sourceforge.net/faq/usage-packages.php#apple-x11-beta-wants-xfree86>. You should also install Apple's X11 and the X11 SDK a second time, since the installer of both of them seems to be buggy and not installing all stuff needed to satisfy finks xfree depencies. And a second install prevents you from evantually more trouble.
