Unfortunately this message is obsolete now--system-xfree86 is now a virtual package which is supposed to be created automatically.
I tried to update fink in order to make fink display the system-xfree86 virtual package in the fink list. But it do not succeed.
How can I make fink aware of the existance of this virtual packages? Should I maybe unistall fink and install it again?
Actually, it's not a problem with FInk: Apple's installer likes to leave out some files. Try to install X11 again.
What version of Fink are you running (from "fink --version")?
