You'll have to wait until the kde maintainer wakes up and fixes the kdebase3.patch file. Or you can do it yourself: Edit the file and remove the patch for kcontrol/kcontrol/Makefile.am, this would be lines 126 through 135. If you don't know what I am talking about, don't do it; editing patch files by hand is a little tricky.
