Hello,
Im trying to install bundle-KDE, but after answering the questions fink asks, and just when the installation starts, the process quits printing this:

Failed: file download failed for automake-1.6.3.tar.gz of package automake-1.6.3-5

You need to provide the information that occurs before this message.

then I noticed that I have installed automake 1.8.2-1, Idont know if it interferes with the download, I think it shouldnt. Anyway, what should I do?, Im not really sure which other package depends on 'automake' so I dont think that removing it would be a solution. Perhaps there's a way to make fink recognize the presence of this package so it wont need to install the other version since a new one is allready there.

My guess is that it really needs automake 1.6, so it requires that version. This isn't causing your problem.

any sugestions?

thanks
