Tried update-all after doing a self-update. Update failed on system-tetex which is needed by lilypond the main package I have installed. I tried updating system-tetex on its own but got the same error which I've pasted below. How do I fix this?<snip>

Umm... the message tells you specifically that you need to remove lilypond to upgrade system-tetex. Remove it, upgrade system tetex, then reinstall lilypond.
