Thanks Alexander!

I knew I had seen a reference in the FAQs, that's why I posted here.

When I finally remembered it had to do with the pathsetup command, I was able to find the FAQ.

This did fix my problem by the way.

Thanks again,

Robert W

This is not a fink issue but I was certain that I saw something in the docs about this problem. If you know where it the answer is, please just point me to it.

I had used Jellyfish to SSH to a server a long time ago and ever since then my terminal opens with that command. Normally I just escape the login, but now I need to ssh into a different server and this method fails.

I know there is a file that I need to edit to stop this from occurring, but I don't know which file it is.

Thanks for your time,

Robert

Since this used to happen occasionally with a Fink setup, we've got a FAQ that says what to do about this:

http://fink.sourceforge.net/faq/usage-fink.php?phpLang=en#pathsetup-keeps-running

It's generally applicable, though.
