[Fink-beginners] Package trees

I installed the latest binary release of fink, and I'm trying to 
install the latest version of the svn-client package. It appears from 
the package database that the 1.0.5-11 version is available but only in 
the current-10.3 package tree. How do I access that tree? Do I need a 
newer version of fink or install from source?

Here are my current versions:
Package manager version: 0.18.4
Distribution version: 0.7.0
OS X: 10.3.4
