Good evening, All. I was having trouble compiling packages (Nicotine), so I updated to Xcode Tools v1.5 (I'm on a G4 Powerbook running 10.3.4) and reinstalled Fink, FinkCommander and X11.
When I attempt to selfupdate-cvs or selfupdate-rsync I get the following error: checking whether the C compiler (gcc -L/sw/src/gettext-0.10.40-18/gettext-0.10.40/intl/.libs -L/sw/lib) works... no configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables. ### execution of ./configure failed, exit code 1 Failed: compiling gettext-0.10.40-18 failed I have also tried to dist-upgrade packages, but the operation seems to finish (Done) early. I have read through the FAQ and the archives, but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.
