Gimp is installed and running. The only odd thing is that I have to type /sw/bin/gimp-2.0 every time to start it (as opposed to the gimp-2.0 that I used to use). If this is normal then I'm in business.

2 things may help out here:

1) Having to specify the full path is an issue with Apple's X11, but can be fixed relatively easily: in the X11 Applications menu, change the command that runs a Terminal from "xterm" to "xterm -ls". This makes X11 read your Fink environment stuff.

2) And if you install the gimp2-default package, you'll be able to run it just as "gimp".
