Thanks again but unlike kde3.2 I don't seem to have that option. See the 
screenshot and you'll see that the option and only option is auto detect. In 
case you can't open the pic you'll have take my word for it though it seems 
odd to me that it isn't an available option.

The moderator is not allowing the pic to be sent but when I click to see what 
audio device to select I only have aut0-detect as an option, there is no 
enlightened sound daemon choice as there was in KDE3.2.
