[Fink-beginners] Package problem or...?

In my previous message I posted the error I've been having with the update-all command after I had installed OS 10.4 and its developer tools. I also (probably mistakenly) attempted to install X11 after downloading it from the Apple web site. Its installer tells me that the newer development tools now on the drive won't allow the old X11 to be installed. Fair enough, but I'm still getting this error. It SEEMS to be a problem with the packages themselves. Can anyone confirm this, or is there still something essential missing from my setup? Thanks.
