Hi Everyone...
An update of r-base still fails on Tiger as follows...
gcc -I../../src/extra/zlib -I../../src/extra/bzip2 -I../../src/extra/
pcre -no-cpp-precomp -I. -I../../src/include -I../../src/include -I/
sw/include -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -fno-common -g -O2 -c dcf.c -o dcf.lo
gcc -I../../src/extra/zlib -I../../src/extra/bzip2 -I../../src/extra/
pcre -no-cpp-precomp -I. -I../../src/include -I../../src/include -I/
sw/include -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -fno-common -g -O2 -c datetime.c -o
datetime.lo

Removing build lock...
dpkg -r fink-buildlock-r-base-2.0.1-4
(Reading database ... 104142 files and directories currently installed.)
Removing fink-buildlock-r-base-2.0.1-4 ...
Failed: phase compiling: r-base-2.0.1-4 failed
This is not urgent for me, since, of course, we can get alternate
working version or R from several sources.
Nevertheless, this is a bug (or something) and is worth fixing I
tihnk....
