I have only unstable in the trees line: Trees: local/main
unstable/crypto unstable/main. If I change that to not use the unstabel
tree no package by the name bonobo exists.
I tried to install bonobo-shlib: fink install bonobo-shlibs-1.0.20-13,
like Dave said, but this package is unknown:
Failed: no package found for specification 'bonobo-shlibs-1.0.20-13.
The only packages that exist are 'bonobo-activation..XXX' and
'libbonobo2..XXX'.
So how do I tell Fink to download (or where do I download) this
package. I can not download it from
http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/package.php/bonobo-shlibs, because
there are no links to packages there.

It's actually the same problem--a missing package.
It's very odd in this case, though--I don't see why bonobo-shlibs
isn't in 10.3/unstable (ccing -devel as no maintainer exists).
On the other hand, if you set Fink up to use unstable packages
correctly this shouldn't matter. Do you have both "unstable/main" and
"stable/main" in the Trees: line of /sw/etc/fink.conf?
